This car looks so good on any car whether it's the Octane, Dominus, Skyline, anything. It is a black rprimary with blue for the blue side and red for the orange side. Accompanied with cobalt and crimson sparkles, black tunicas, , discotheque trail (cobalt, crimson), Skyline engine audio, then Dueling Dragons cobalt and crimson for the goal explosion. This preset looks great!

The image is zoomed in on the car so you can see the detail. It also has TW Octane equipped in the image, but you can also change it to a golden octane (if you look up 'diamond camo black ops 2' you'll see the gold on the weapons).
