Camera with different modes that can be used for cinematics

Available Animation Modes

Mode Description
Orbit Mode Orbiting Camera around the field center
Freecam Mode Move the camera anywhere
Window Mode Camera Rotation and location dependent on car
Trackcam Mode Camera tracks the players position
Switch Mode Switch between different modes (Orbit, Window, Track)

Known issues

  • Pitch rotation in window mode is broken (TODO)

  • Fully functioning freecam with rotation
  • Customisation of the switch mode (interval, modes included)

Note: You can disable the hud elements by typing in the F6 Console: cl_rendering_scaleform_disabled 1

CinematicCam installation

1. If you recieve a prompt asking to open "Open plugininstaller.exe", click "Open" to install the plugin with BakkesMod

2. A black window will open to tell you the installation status

3. When the black window tells you it's finished, you're ready to start using the plugin!

CinematicCam installation

  1. Find your BakkesMod installation location
    • This will be found by opening the BakkesMod Injector window and going to the top menu, clicking "File -> Open BakkesMod Folder"
  2. Copy the downloaded ZIP's files to the same locations in the BakkesMod folder.
  3. After copying the files, launch Rocket League and ensure the plugin works by opening the F6 console and typing plugin load [plugin DLL file name]
  4. If the plugin works, in the BakkesMod folder edit the "cfg/plugins.cfg" file with notepad. At the very bottom, add a new line with the content plugin load [plugin DLL file name]
