Quick data visualization for plugin developers

DESCRIPTION

This plugin is maintained by the BakkesMod team.

This plugin takes away the headache of manually building graphs within BakkesMod. With this plugin and its source code, it is now very easy to display live data on screen. There are examples provided in the GraphingPluginExamples project in the BMGraphs github repository. You can get to this repository by clicking the View Plugin Homepage button.

Included with the download is the source code for the graphs. You can find these files in /bakkesmod/data/BMGraphs/. You will need to include these 3 files in a plugin:

  • BMGraphs.h
  • BMGraphs.cpp
  • BMGraphsMacrosStructsEnums.h

The BMGraphs class should be stored as a shared_ptr member variable in your plugin class, and should be constructed in the onLoad function.

BakkesMod Graphs installation

1. If you recieve a prompt asking to open "Open plugininstaller.exe", click "Open" to install the plugin with BakkesMod

2. A black window will open to tell you the installation status

3. When the black window tells you it's finished, you're ready to start using the plugin!

BakkesMod Graphs installation

  1. Find your BakkesMod installation location
    • This will be found by opening the BakkesMod Injector window and going to the top menu, clicking "File -> Open BakkesMod Folder"
  2. Copy the downloaded ZIP's files to the same locations in the BakkesMod folder.
  3. After copying the files, launch Rocket League and ensure the plugin works by opening the F6 console and typing plugin load [plugin DLL file name]
  4. If the plugin works, in the BakkesMod folder edit the "cfg/plugins.cfg" file with notepad. At the very bottom, add a new line with the content plugin load [plugin DLL file name]
