Yet another crossbar ping plugin to mute/change ping sound, count crossbars shots ...

The plugin is disabled by default. To enable it, open bakkesmod settings (F2), Plugins tab and go to Crossbar Ping.

Feel free to have a look on each parameter.

Features

  • The default crossbar sound can be enabled or disabled.
  • Custom sounds (.wav files) can be played when a crossbar shot. From the plugin tab, click on the "Open custom ping sounds folder" button to open the folder where you can put your own .wav files.
  • Custom sounds can be randomized.
  • Custom sounds can be disabled during goal playback.
  • Numbers of shots on crossbar can be displayed. (count current game, and all session)
  • Numbers of shots on crossbar can be limited to your own shots on opponent crossbar.
  • The Crossbar counters window can be moved wherever you want by drag and drop
  • The Crossbar counters window can be resized
  • The Crossbar counters window opacity can be changed, from full transparent to full opaque
  • Crossbar counters can manually be reset.

  • Added option to disable custom ping sound during goal playback.

Planned Features

  • 3D sound localized on the crossbar hit position.
  • Sound volume depending on the hit velocity.

Crossbar Ping installation

1. If you recieve a prompt asking to open "Open plugininstaller.exe", click "Open" to install the plugin with BakkesMod

2. A black window will open to tell you the installation status

3. When the black window tells you it's finished, you're ready to start using the plugin!

Crossbar Ping installation

  1. Find your BakkesMod installation location
    • This will be found by opening the BakkesMod Injector window and going to the top menu, clicking "File -> Open BakkesMod Folder"
  2. Copy the downloaded ZIP's files to the same locations in the BakkesMod folder.
  3. After copying the files, launch Rocket League and ensure the plugin works by opening the F6 console and typing plugin load [plugin DLL file name]
  4. If the plugin works, in the BakkesMod folder edit the "cfg/plugins.cfg" file with notepad. At the very bottom, add a new line with the content plugin load [plugin DLL file name]
